Bryan White is Back...& Better Than Ever!

Bryan White first came onto the scene as a young country boy with an incredible vocal talent and awesome stage presence. Girls across the country swooned as he strummed his guitar and performed his string of hits, from the upbeat "Love is the Right Place" to the beautiful ballad, "Someone Else's Star." He was on top of the world, touring from coast to coast, catering to his fans and constantly acquiring new ones.

In December of 2000, Bryan performed the final show of his seemingly endless years of dedicated touring. And as one of the last people to leave the venue that night, I saw a man who was overly deserving of a break.

Bryan disappeared from the spotlight, and many believe he was finished. However, this could not be further from the truth. Over the course of the last several years, Bryan has devoted time to bettering himself as a person, as a Christian, as a husband, and even as a father. After rededicating his life to Jesus Christ, he began to share his testimony and newly found insight with those in need of encouragement and spiritual uplifting. He continued writing songs and performing at various smaller venues, and he consistently threw his Fan Club Party each summer. And as he shared some of his new music, it became abundantly clear that the new material had something that his previous releases were lacking. His new songs were filled with a maturity and passion that can be obtained only through experience. They weren't just good tunes--they were incredible songs, performed with a conviction that captured your attention and pulled you in. Whether it's "The Little Things", an amazing ballad that serves as a reminder that the simple joys are often the most meaningful; the upbeat, fun, and irresistable "Get it Together"; or even "When You Come Around", which is a bittersweet tune that offers hope that an alcoholic father can change his ways; Bryan's recent release of the appropriately entited EP "Out of the Storm" is an amazing collection of heartfelt ballads and catchy, toe-tapping hits.

I've had the extreme pleasure of seeing Bryan perform multiple times in the past year or two. Not only is his stage presence stronger and more powerful than ever, but his voice sounds more amazing with each show. I watched skeptics withstand the heat to see various artists perform at the River Stages at the 2006 CMA Music Festival, listening to them comment on the lineup. "Bryan White? Is that guy still around?" And I found sheer joy in watching those same individuals scream and applaud at his performance, deemed "incredible" and "an amazing comeback" by countless unbiased spectators. His charisma and voice combine to put on a show that both impress and inspire; I've never seen a disappointed face among any of the large crowds.

It is my firm belief that Bryan's talent is not a thing of the past, but rather, something that has grown and matured with him, to create a far more extraordinary man, songwriter, and singer. This is apparent to anyone who has watched him perform in recent times. I look forward with great anticipation to all the wonderful things that await Bryan in the future and intend on remaining by his side throughout what is destined to be an extraordinarily fun ride.

The best, as they say, is yet to come!
